The foundation stone laying ceremony of the new town centre Schmiden

Around 100 people took part at the foundation stone laying ceremony of the town centre in Schmiden. In the next few months a new town centre will be developed between Fellbacher street and Butter street by Orange Blu. 

The mayor Gabriele Zull, the burgomaster Beatrice Soltys, the architect Peter Vorbeck as well as the town councils Hans-Ulrich Spieth (CDU), Hans Ulrich Lenk (FW / FD), Sybille Mack (SPD) and Benedicta Bold (Grüne), Steffen Müller, project developer von Albrinks and Müller, Jörg Bürkle, CEO of the Bürkle Baugruppe, put the current newspaper, a few coins, Fellbacher wine, the draft resolution from the municipal council and the results of the citizen survey into the time capsule and gave their best wishes for the start of the construction work.
