Eight months have passed since the ground breaking ceremony for Filum and the building continues to grow steadily upwards. At the heart of the building is the ground floor concert hall, offering a room height of 8 meters and space for 280 spectators. An atrium connecting all floor levels forms the communicative centre of the house. Completion is planned for the end of 2016. Filum’s client is the Karl Schlecht Stiftung (KSG) with its headquarters in Aichtal; it will be operated by the city of Filderstadt.
